Wednesday Gaming – Ermac Joining MK1, Mavado, NetEase/Blizzard and MORE!

– Ermac will join the roster of “Mortal Kombat 1” in early access on 16 April, and officially on 23 April. He was announced alongside Quan Chi, Omni-Man, Homelander, Peacemaker and Takahashi Takeda as the first batch of DLC characters in July last year.
– In other “MK1” news, Mavado will be joining the roster as a Kameo Fighter sometime in May.
– NetEase, who had been publishing Blizzard’s games in China for 14 years, has re-established a partnership with the gaming giant after their initial licensing agreement ended last year. This new partnership will allow Chinese players to purchase and access titles such as “Hearthstone”, “World of Warcraft” and “Overwatch 2” later this year.
– According to a blog post written by Motive Studio’s General Manager, Patrick Klaus, there has been “excellent progress” made in the development of its upcoming “Iron Man” game. However, this means it is unlikely that the game will be released this year.
– Judging from the brief audio snippet in the trailer, fans are speculating that American voice actor, Gregory Connors, will voice protagonist Jason in “Grand Theft Auto VI”.
